Ms. Stone earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at LaGrange College, was Vice President of her nursing class, chosen to receive the SIMS scholarship, and graduated Cum Laud in 2014. Her strong interest to help others began in high school when she volunteered at her local hospital as a candy striper during the summers assisting with patient care. Her experiences with patient care in the hospital setting led her to advance her career and continue her education in order to provide optimal care for her patients. She completed her Masters of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner through South University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2018. She is licensed by the State of Georgia and certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has experience in multi-disciplinary patient-centered care a working in a hospital setting including operating room services assisting with multiple specialties, medical-surgical care, orthopedics, pediatrics, geriatrics, bariatrics, cardiovascular, pulmonary, and cared for patients with acute and chronic diseases. Ms. Stone is passionate about being preventative and proactive with healthcare and wants to work closely with the community and her patients to assist them with achieving their optimal vascular health and feel their best.
