Support hose
Support hose are required to be worn for between 6 to 12 weeks by most insurance companies. Getting your primary care physician to order them can save you time and speed up the vein treatment process. If you have had previous prescriptions or orders to wear compression please ask that provider for a copy of your records.
When you come to Truffles Vein Center, you will receive a thorough evaluation by Dr. Feldman and his team of vein specialists. This includes a venous duplex ultrasound exam that checks the veins in your leg for deep and superficial venous reflux. A complete treatment plan will be created for you and explained to you. Truffles uses state of the art equipment with evidence based medicine to guide the treatment process. As new technologies and techniques develop, they are added to the treatment options.
